About Me
“Where ever the wind might take me”
My origin story starts in the suburbs of Philadelphia on the Delaware County Line. As a young girl, I have always had a craving to be on stage whether it was dancing, singing, acting, or just being a complete goofball. I knew that I had a path to being an artist and I wasn’t going to stray from it. Cut to 15 years later and I am living my dream in a studio apartment in New York City, making my dreams possible.
After growing up, in the suburbs, creating plays and fashion shows in my basement, performing in local theatres, and participating in acting classes, school productions, and dance productions, private vocal coaching with Robert Edwin, and acting with Donald Mckenna. Once, I was able to find my voice and confidence, I headed to the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where I studied for a BFA in Acting and a Minor in Dance. After two years of training, I felt like something was missing in my journey. So, I made a life-changing decision, to take a break from college and pack my suitcase, and head to New York. Where I say, fate took over and I was accepted into the Maggie Flanigan Studio 2-year Preprofessional Miesner Acting Program. Where, I studied for two years under the belts of Charlie Sandlan, Sara Fay George, Liz Ekrket, Karen Chamberlain, and many more incredible artists. After the two-year acting program, I decided to continue my journey in the Maggie Flanigan Business Program, to learn about the industry, how to brand myself, audition techniques, and connect with other working artists. I learned from so many incredible artists such as Dariush Kashani, Mackenzie Lansing, Richard Robiehex, Hedi Dean, Rebecca Selkowe, and other working professionals. I learned how beautifully difficult this industry can be and I can’t wait to be a part of it. I recently graduated from the Maggie Flanigan Studio Business Program in May of 2022.
While living in New York, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful and talented individuals whom I was able to work with and learn. As well as falling more in love with acting, I became to love the nitty-gritty of the behind-the-scenes of filmmaking. I was introduced to this new passion by Jordan Witherspoon, a lifelong friend who showed me the ropes of photography, lighting, editing, coloring, and makeup. I was able to work with Jordan on photography shoots for Haus of Asari, with whom I have learned so much about the industry, professionalism, and life. Which has led me to Co-Direct, Co-Produce, Co-Edit, Co-Write, and Co-Compose the soundtrack for my first short film called Bad Seed, which will be premiering this summer. I can’t wait for the next production. Also, I currently are working with a start-up Multimedia Production Studio called Spruce Media, where I help with creative insights with artists' brands, productions, and shoots, helping with music videos, films, and photography. Also, handling organization and scheduling for artists and the production company. As well as behind the scenes, I find time to focus on my spiritual practices and hobbies. I am a Certified Reiki Level One Practioner since 2020 and I am working towards becoming a Reiki Master and a Breathe Work Facilitator. I have a strong passion for holistic and spiritual arts and how it incorporates into our artistic freedoms and practices. I strongly believe that art is the soul of the universe that brings color and meaning to our lives.
